PRIVACY: Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will never sell your information to any other organization or third parties. Furthermore, the use of your email is strictly for promotional purposes. You also have the option to unsubscribe from our email list at anytime.

ARTISTIC LICENSE: Because we hand-make all our products here at Kulture Soap Co., no two products will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Upon your order being shipped you will be provided with a tracking number and the option to receive updates on the status of your order delivery.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the product is opened. If you received the wrong order or if there are any issues with your order please contact us immediately and we will happily assist you.

ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.

COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if our Whipped Soap is priced for $0.12 instead of $12.00 and you buy a 1,000 bars at $0.12 we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.
